Dear PWA members and supporters,

PWA’s mission has always centered on empowering professional women, fostering a nurturing community, and realizing the strength in unity. Personally, I believe we can build a powerful and purposeful network.

Today, I’m delighted to introduce the WOMEN PLUS app, a groundbreaking initiative by TIM, in which PWA proudly stands among 300+ partners. This app is a dedicated platform for women’s opportunities in work, training, and personal growth.

The Board has curated a remarkable lineup of programs for the month ahead:

• Join us on November 8 for “Inclusion Beyond Borders” at Hilton Alep Hotel Roma in collaboration with the 4weeks4inclusion, American University of Rome, Casa Internazionale delle Donne, the USA Embassy and Bain & Company, we’ll share the LeadHer program and other transformative strategies to pave the way for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• On November 15, our conference, “The Art of Negotiation” at the Campidoglio will equip you with strategies to bridge the gender gap in negotiations with speakers from the Presidenza del consiglio dei ministri, Campidoglio, and Pirozzilex Law firm specializing in alternative dispute resolution.

• Mark your calendars for December 6, the Christmas Discovery Dinner, a festive celebration and discovering the real essence of our mission. Stay tuned!
