Our Purpose:

Our purpose is to support, celebrate and advocate for women and to fuel their ambition to thrive, by providing them with the tools, connections and opportunities to stand out in their professions. We champion economic empowerment, gender equality, inclusion, sisterhood and diversity.

Our Mission statement:

To create an uplifting inclusive community  where every woman can unleash her full human and professional potential through inspirational learning, networking and meaningful connections. We foster a spirit of diversity, sisterhood and unity.

We provide two opportunities a month to network and build connections with other international professional women to learn essential skills that will help you develop your career and build business opportunities.

Social aperitif networking:

We meet on the 1st Wednesday of the month for an aperitivo dedicated to business & professional networking in fabulous venues in Rome.

Professional development conferences:

We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of the month for conferences conducted by international keynote speakers to help develop your career and leadership skills.

Member only events:

We hold member only events throughout the year that are exclusive, cultural and intellectual.

Mentoring and Shadowing program:

We have a  mentoring and shadowing program that will be available shortly only to members.

Member only on line directory access:

You will have access to our member only, on line directory where you can promote your business, network among other members in a private log in section of our website. Additionally included in PWA members only chat group and email forum. 

Introduction in our PWA newsletter as a new member, WHATS APP GROUP AND GROUP EMAIL FORUM:

You will gain immediate visibility within the association’s community, allowing other members to recognize and connect with you either at PWA events or directly.
