Speakers

Marica Nobile, PhD
Head of Institutional Relations & Public Affairs at Human Technopole, 100 Forbes Italian Women 2022

Marica holds a Degree in Political Science and a PhD in Political Theory from LUISS University.

An institutional relations specialist, with a strong international background, she has an extensive experience in managing relations with Governments, public and private institutions as well as industries in Italy and abroad.

After 10 years in Confindustria – the Confederation of Italian Industries – where she was first Area Manager for Africa and the Middle East and then Senior Advisor for EU International Cooperation, she served for four years as Head of Institutional and International Relations of the Trevi Group, the leading Italian company in ground engineering and Oil & Gas. Before accepting the challenge of Human Technopole in September 2020, she was formerly Senior Manager for Stakeholder and Association Relations at CDP – Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, the Italian national promotion institution.

As well as a number of scientific publications, Marica also boasts an experience as “Cultore della Materia” in Political Philosophy at the LUISS University and was Assistant Professor of Energy Economics at the European University of Rome.

Maria Luisa Garofalo, PhD

Maria Luisa Garofalo is a People Development professional, ICF ACC coach and PhD.

She has extensive professional experience gained in the field of Human Resources for the humanitarian and development sectors, focusing on Talent Attraction and Acquisition, People Management and Development, Training, Internal Communication, Facilitation, and Conflict Management.

Maria Luisa has been working as a Recruitment and Development Specialist for several years, with full responsibility for all projects within recruitment and staff development.

She is a qualified ICF ACC coach and a specialist in Leadership Development, with a particular interest in Women Leaders, which is also a niche of specialization for her coaching practice.

She is an Interior Designer, Accredited Staging Professional Master® (ASPM®), and has launched her own Home Staging business – The Art of Staging – in 2013, in Chicago, USA.

Co-Founder and CEO of Handshome, an Italian design Furniture Rental Company. Creative Director of MARI Team Immobiliare, the first Italian Real Estate agency to Stage every listing. Certified Trainer of the Accredited Staging Professional® (APS®) and Accredited Staging Partner® Real Estate Course for StagedHomes. TV Co-Host of How&Why, a column dedicated to the world of Design, Architecture, and Home Staging for the Bricks and The City show. Radio host for Casa Italia Radio, an Italian web radio fully dedicated to the world of home and living.

An active PWA Member now PWA Conference Moderator, Sanja is ambitious, humble, and respectful, Sanja serves the Home Staging industry and IAHSP® European members as her major professional commitment with passion and full dedication.
