Flaminia Fazi, PCC, MSc
CEO di U2COACH and Author of La Perfetta Leadership

Flaminia Fazi is an executive coach, keynote speaker, and business and organizational development and change management senior professional well experienced in group facilitation, training design, and delivery, and with a specialization and a passion in coaching at all levels and applications. Her particular skills lie in effective communication to stimulate discussion, raise awareness, develop abilities, facilitate change and turn plans into action. She has invested the last 35 years in her self-development and education as a sociologist, organizational consultant, leadership awakener, coach, supervisor and mentor, counselor, and adult learning facilitator, getting certified in a wide variety of methodologies and tools.

Flaminia’s interventions mostly focus on self-efficacy and effectiveness, self-improvement, succession planning, and organizational development, in private and public sectors. She has designed, delivered, and managed projects in the areas of leadership, coaching, sales, customer service, diversity inclusion, change management, trainer training, and team building integrating different business and organizational models and the latest discoveries of Neuroscience.

Flaminia has a significant experience of about twenty-five years in working with senior executives on leadership development initiatives and with them in a variety of areas including developing strategic approaches, managing change, delivering results through effective execution, designing organizational systems, and facilitating critical teamwork.

In 2007 she had her first book published in Italy, La Perfetta Leadership. In 2022 she has republished the first book as an updated and upgraded version, La Perfetta Leadership. Remastered, and its version edited in feminine case, La Perfetta Leadership. Donna. She is working on a new book, that will be published in Italian during 2023 and then in English for the global market. In 1999 she founded the first coaching company founded in Italy, U2COACH, which she has been directing so far. Since April 2018 she also directs The Performance Solution, a coaching and coaching training company based in Uk that has partners in Middle East, Kenya, Australia, and Norway. She designed her first coaching training programme in 2001 abiding by the International Coaching Federation’s highest standards, Master in Corporate and Business Coaching, which has been accredited ACTP by ICF in 2006. Since she took over TPS she is the Director also of Professional and Higher Professional Coaching Skills, an ACTP programme that is delivered in diverse countries around the world.

Dr Lidewij Wiersma PhD 
CEO and Co-Author of “SOS: A survival guide for women at work”

Lidewij is a Dutch national but has lived and/or worked in 10 countries in 4 continents. She has currently settled in Bracciano, Italy, where she intends to stay. She is a graduate of Bristol University (United Kingdom), where she completed a bachelor’s degree in immunology and virology at the medical faculty and her veterinary degree at the veterinary faculty. During her veterinary degree, she spent a year as an Erasmus exchange student at the Ecole nationale vétérinaire d’Alfort (France). After graduating, she completed her ECVP Residency programme at Utrecht university (Netherlands) after which she worked for the German national public health institute, The Robert Koch Institute in Berlin with fieldwork in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. She did her PhD on the topic of “Emerging viral respiratory zoonoses” at the department of virology at the Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam (NL). In 2015, she moved to Italy to work at the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations in Rome, where she coordinated the animal health service laboratory unit.

She is currently the CEO of the European Board of Veterinary Specialists (an organization that represents over 4500 European veterinary specialists) and consults for FAO. She recently co-authored a book entitled “SOS: A survival guide for women at work”, based on research, interviews and the experience that she and her co-authors accrued over the years in their respective workplaces. She is married to an Italian and has two boys (7mo and 4yo).
