CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PWA EVENTS
PWA Cancellation and payment policies
Cancellation Window:
- Cancellations differ at each event. Normally our policy is 24 hours for a full refund, however you need to check each event as cancellation windows vary from event to event.
- No-Show Policy: No-shows will not receive a refund to any event.
- How to Cancel: Log onto our website www.pwarome.org and go to your membership profile and go to my event registration's. Click on the event you want to cancel and then click on already registered. Then go to cancel reservation. Click on cancel.
- Emergency Exceptions: We will accept emergency documented cancellations on a case by case basis.
We understand plans change. please contact as soon as possible so we can allow other participants to join.
Payment terms:
Preferred payment is credit card through our website in your membership profile. Only in exceptional cases will we accept wire transfers for events or membership.
