CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PWA EVENTS
PWA Cancellation and payment policies
Cancellation Window:
- Free Cancellation: 48 hours before event participant can cancel and are eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: 24 hours before will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-Show Policy: No-shows will not receive a refund to any event.
- How to Cancel: Log onto our website www.pwarome.org and go to your membership profile and go to my event registration's. Click on the event you want to cancel and then click on already registered. Then go to cancel reservation. Click on cancel.
- Emergency Exceptions: We will accept emergency documented cancellations on a case by case basis.
We understand plans change. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund.
Payment terms:
Preferred payment is credit card through our website in your membership profile. Only in exceptional cases will we accept wire transfers for events or membership.
