IDA SIROLLI
PROGRAMMING DIRECTOR
Ida Sirolli has over 20 years of work experience as an Organisational Psychologist, she has worked in large companies in the field of Human Resources and Communication, managing executive roles and guiding teams in the fields of Talent management, Recruiting, Training, Knowledge Management, Relations with Universities, Internal Communication and People Caring. Currently Head of Internal Communication at TIM.
She has managed start-ups, change management plans, designed and deployed challenging projects.
She has taught courses in Leadership and Organizational Change and Internal Communication. She was born in the U.S and considers herself American/Italian. She is co-founder and permanent board member of the Society for Coaching Psychology Italy.
She has been a member of the “Organisational Psychology” work group of the Order of Psychologists of Lazio with responsibility for smart working and organizational well-being.
She also devotes her time to mentoring young professionals.
Ida Sirolli has been specially appointed as a new Board Member and Programming Director of the Professional Women’s Association (PWA). She also represents the PWA on the Education and Communication Advisory Board of the #InclusioneDonna roundtable working group to lobby institutionally.
