Covid-19 pandemic has been one of the biggest “punches” our society received in many years: every country has been severely affected by it; almost every business and every sector are in a difficult spot. And consolidated life habits have been disrupted, probably forever. We all have experienced, in our own personal way, sobering moments. How can we possibly manage this unprecedented crisis?
The ancient Greek crisis means “a difficult and dangerous time in which a solution is needed”. So, we had a strategy and then we got a punch in our face. How can we now start preparing the ground for the solution of this crisis? As we are dealing with a disruptive crisis, we need to use the brakes before restarting with a new normal for a while. We need to check our level of energy and discover meaningful activities. But how?
Paolo Gallo suggests that we need to press the Pause key, Reset our thinking, and adjust our strategy.
Only then, we will be ready to Restart and write a new chapter of our life. The global pandemic may be a unique opportunity to create diamonds and not dust out of our experiences by creating personal and professional transitions where individuals and organizations reinvent work.
The person you used to be before Covid-19 will be a better one at the end of this journey.
