November 2022 PWA Conference – Diversity & Inclusion: a strategic priority for sustainable growth.

Are you curious to know what it means to look at diversity and inclusion from a legal perspective, why diversity, equity, and inclusion are important to you, and what it takes to foster an inclusive global education community?

Join us and our experts in an interesting debate on how Diversity and Inclusion can lead to increasing awareness through cultural education.

Due to the increasing globalization and interconnectedness of the world, especially within small, medium and large companies, the need for ‘acceptance’ has emerged to create more and more awareness among today’s youth and professionals of the concepts of ethnicity, gender, sexual and religious orientation, age, mental and physical abilities, and socio-economic conditions. These are essential and fundamental values for the market of the next 20 years, in whatever sector.

For the occasion of the 4Weeks4Inclusion event, the big marathon dedicated to Diversity and Inclusion organized by TIM, RBS and PWA presents the conference on “Diversity & Inclusion: a strategic priority for sustainable growth. How do companies impact towards more equal society?” Join the conversation.
