With almost 20 years in journalism, Tobias is an experienced writer of news stories, features, and investigative reports. After graduating from the University of St. Gallen, he worked for ten years for FT Deutschland, first covering financial markets for New York and Frankfurt, then moving on to Zurich and Milan as a correspondent.
Afterward, he spent three years at Die Welt.
Since 2016, Tobias works for TextilWirtschaft, Germany’s most important B2B publication in fashion that is a must-read for industry executives and retailers. In his work, he tries to shed light on the Italian fashion industry and the luxury sector as a whole.

Lawyer at the Venice bar, Fabio Moretti has been General Counsel of major companies and multinationals for about 25 years. Over the years, he has gained experience and expertise in the field of IP and negotiation of complex contracts, especially in the luxury and fashion sectors and in the world of art.
He is president of the Accademia di Belle Arti di Venezia and of the National Conference of Presidents of the Academies. He is secretary-general of the Venice Chamber of Arbitration and a member of its Board of Directors.
María Fernanda Hernández Franco

Her international background and network, simulated her to drive projects by connecting cross-cultural business initiatives, increasing brand awareness and positioning through international communication, and business strategies in a broad spectrum of industries, highlighting sustainability and social responsibility as a part of positive business. Creating partnerships with renown non profits to tackle important topics.
She has directed global initiatives related to women’s empowerment, education, gender equality, refugees awareness, fight against women’s violence, environmental awareness, sustainable culture and education.
Given her background in social causes and sustainable initiatives, currently, she directs Sustainability at Luisaviaroma.com. Sustainability strategy for the company, and the creation of LVRSustainable, a platform where to find a curated selection of conscious brands and collaboration with non profits, institutions and brands to benefit social and environmental causes.

Claudia D’Arpizio is a global Board member and a Senior partner based in Bain & Company’s Milan office. She is the Leader of the Global Fashion-Luxury Goods vertical. Claudia has spent more than 25 years advising multinational clients, mainly across luxury and fashion, on everything from strategy and new products development to innovation, performance improvement and organizational change. She is the lead author of Bain’s annual Luxury Goods Report, developed since 1999 in cooperation with Altagamma, one of the most cited sources of market information in the luxury industry.
In 2009, she was named one of the “Top 25 Consultants in the World” by Consulting Magazine and one of the “Top 100 Italian women leaders” by Forbes in 2019. She is a frequent speaker on luxury goods strategy and is extensively quoted in Italian and international media, including The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, The New York Times, The Economist, Il sole 24 ore, La Repubblica, Il Corriere della Sera.

Marina has deep roots in Fashion having had her own brand and collaborated with Ferragamo, Prada, Miu Miu and Marni. She has been the creative director of Auteurs du Monde, the FairTrade brand of Altromercato, working with artisans all over the world. Marina is a professor of ethical fashion at prestigious academies in Italy and abroad. Her work has always included a strong focus on social issues and ecology, believing that ethics and aesthetics can coincide. Her motto is “Fashion with a Mission”.
Marina works to bring development to emerging countries through her FWAM platform. She is also the Italian national coordinator of Fashion Revolution. Marina has received the United Nations Women Together Award in 2015 in New York and gave a TEDx Talk on sustainable fashion in 2014. In 2020 she wrote the book “The revolution starts from your wardrobe” with Luisa Ciuni published by Solferino Libri.
Corporate Social Responsability Consultant
Larissa Mascarenhas is a communication specialist for an international organization as well as a corporate social responsibility manager in the luxury industry. Before starting her successful career as an international consultant, Larissa worked for 7 years as a model for most leading fashion brands (including, Chloé, Chanel, Giorgio Armani, and Dolce & Gabbana). In this capacity, she has participated to all main fashion weeks (including, the NYC, the London, the Milan, the Paris and the São Paulo fashion weeks) and has been featured in numerous marketing campaigns.
Larissa holds a bachelor’s degree in social communication from Centro Universitário de Brasília (Brasilia, Brazil) and a master’s degree in strategy and management of international business from ESSEC Business School (Paris, France). During her master, she worked, among other things, on the development of a social responsibility certification focused on the specificities of the luxury hospitality sector.
