What is BOLD?

BOLD is our special project focusing on your professional development and career advancement as a professional woman. We will provide you guidance, inspiration, and practical tools that will help you to take the next step toward your ideal development opportunity

How we will support you?

We will organize a series of online workshops with short, easily understandable content, focusing on the actual topics that will support your personal career advancement.

BBlended Learning: Online session where we explain the concept personally and respond to questions. In addition, templates, toolkits will be provided, exercises suggested to participants to enhance knowledge.

L – Light but condensed: 1 hour, bite-size series of workshops to deliver easily understandable concepts and tools, named as “Thursday Thrive” workshops

About the speaker:
Florence Perdriel is an Executive Recruiter with over 15 years of experience in Executive Recruitment.
She started her career hiring Quantitative Researchers for Financial Services firms up to Managing Director level. She has been working in-house since 2016 hiring leaders across functions globally.
Her expertise lies in candidate identification and assessment, driving the recruitment process for leadership hires and business partnering with senior stakeholders. Florence brings a multicultural aspect to her role being a French native of Caribbean descent that has lived in the UK for over 20 years.

Participation to this second session is open to all registered members. If you are still not a member, please contact our Membership Director.
Before the event, all registered participants will receive the details necessary ZOOM link to connect.
Check-in commences at 19.15, starts at 19.30 and will last for one hour.
Each PWA member can invite two (2) special guests to join one of our workshops that are reserved for members-only.
