April 2020 e-Conference: 5 Roles, 5 Chairs, 5 Choices

5 Roles, 5 Chairs, 5 Choices
A compass to being the best version of yourself
Successful living depends primarily on the way we manage our behaviours, moment-to-moment.
Our behaviours impact everything we do; the way we live, love, work, parent and lead. They create
the atmosphere of our workplaces, the climate of our homes and the culture of our society at large.
In this talk Louise will present her transformative tool, The 5 Chairs, which invites us to become
more aware of the choices we have to be the our very best selves in every moment.
About our speaker
Louise Evans is based in Florence Italy and heads up her own organization called ‘The 5 Chairs’. She has developed her own powerful and transformative model for successful living and leading called ‘The 5 Chairs’, often described as ‘life-changing’ and her mission is to bring to as many people as possible in organizations and communities. Having travelled to seventy-five countries and lived in three different cultures, Louise also brings multiple perspectives to the present moment to help people connect across their differences. She believes deeply in people’s ability to grow and transform and that we are all potential leaders. What she loves most is to work with the human side of organizations. She is a humanist motivated by a profound ambition: to enable people to become the best version of themselves in social environments permeated by mutual respect. Her 5 Chair model is designed to create workplaces and hoes where people are happy to be and are very reluctant to leave.
