History

“PWA is a place for women, by women, and about women.”

The Professional Women’s Association of Rome (PWA), was founded in 1992 by two enterprising businesswomen, Julie Bauer and Cynthia Ehrilch. Cynthia had been a member of PWA-Milan, and, after moving to the Eternal City, decided Rome truly needed a place where working women could meet, network, exchange ideas and develop themselves, both personally & professionally.
PWA is a non-profit organization and run totally by the commitment of their volunteers and the input and energy of their multicultural members.
