Professional Development Director
Krisztina has Hungarian origins, moved to Italy 14 years ago when she started to work on the HR field with a multinational market research agency. She is graduated in Economics and holds a master’s degree in Human Resources and Project Management. She is specialized on compensation, recognition and employee wellbeing, strongly believing that a positive workplace culture can enhance the quality of our work life and create meaningful and thriving relationships.
Krisztina is married and has two daughters, enjoys spending time with her family and visit new places in Italy. She is convinced that women empowerment starts at young age and would like to see more opportunities in place to balance gender disparity. She speaks four languages, lived in Germany for a short period and worked in Ireland – these are all experiences that contributed to her personal and professional enrichment and gave her a life-long experience about cultural variety.
Krisztina joined PWA in November 2018 and enjoys the climate of the conferences, the inspiring atmosphere and the willingness of helping each other’s development while networking. She would like to contribute by providing ideas and opportunities on self-improvement and encouraging others to continuously learn, grow and invest in our own skills and capabilities.
