Adriana Tempesta holds a degree in Law from the University of Bologna.
Adriana Tempesta is from Piacenza, was brought up in a military environment, and holds a degree in Law from the University of Bologna. She was admitted to the Bar of Bari in 1998 and to the Supreme Court in 2013. She runs her own legal practice in Ferrara and Rome as a Civil lawyer, specialized in Consumer Law. She is a reflector, Interested in the international aspects of Intellectual Property, Banking Law and specializes in Italian Civil law, Family law, and Contract Law. Unaccustomed to territorial roots, she spent many years abroad and during her stay in the USA she gained experience in Comparative Commercial Law at the National Law Center in Tucson (AZ). Adriana’s experience as former Membership director and legal expertise have been invaluable not only during the preparatory work in modifying the PWA Statute in 2016 and the creation of the PWA Board Policy Manual by which we measure our organizational behaviour, but has also contributed significantly to setting the standard for new Boards to come, especially during her role as Vice president last year.
