Joyous, welcoming and very diverse ConneXions. Brilliant speakers at our intriguing, exciting monthly conferences. A luxurious Christmas Party in December. This is the extremely positive outcome of another successful PWA season. An increase in new members and a continuous presence of guests at our events are tangible proof of the fact that PWA provides top-notch, topical events that find and satisfy their audience. One of the highlights was certainly the Red Passion Party at Donna Camilla Savelli in Trastevere, where we enjoyed a luxurious meal and the lavish prizes of our Raffle in the exclusive backdrop of this 5-star hotel.

Tonight we are voting for the Woman of the Year – one of us who has demonstrated – yet we are here also to vote for the new Board 2019-20. We are lucky to have a mix of experienced, enthusiastic candidates who are willing to carry on with their excellent roles and missions at the service of the association. Yet, there are several young and enthusiastic candidates who will bring new ideas and proposals, invigorating even more our group of professional women.

I would like to thank all the Board and Team members for a remarkable year during which we have been able to grow and glow together. I look forward in continuing to lead PWA for another successful year full of occasions for professional and personal growth and fun. For our May conference, we are delighted to welcome the British Ambassador to Italy, Miss Jill Morris and Mandi Gunsberger who will both share with us their stories of smart female leadership. Another wonderful chance to learn and develop.
