Last season, Dior’s shirt featuring Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s “We Should All Be Feminists” mantra took the fashion world by storm. At Paris Fashion Week on 26th September, designer Maria Grazia Chiuri unveiled a new feminist graphic shirt on Dior’s spring 2018 runway at the Musée Rodin.
The importance of putting women first with impactful campaigns is a multi million revenue source and just one of the solutions for change in the workplace favouring women. Serena Zaninetta will help us understand the barriers still blocking women in leadership roles, and identify the practical steps we can take to change this. Dr. Serena Zaninetta
Serena Zaninetta has a Degree in Jurisprudence from Genoa university and a Master in Organizational Management. She has been an HR specialist in outplacement since 2005 and is an expert in online communication & multimedia tools. Serena is currently Director and Senior Partner of Right Management management consulting based in Milwaukee, WI, part of the Manpower Group (a career and talent development specialist in management & company organization, professional and personal skills).
