Maria comes from an Italian family born in the UK. With a professional CIPD degree in Human Resources and over 12 years experience in corporate business, Maria has enjoyed employment by organisations such as Trivial Pursuit, British Telecom and German Energy company, E.On. In September 2003 Maria set up her own company, Strada Innovation, to work independently with many businesses worldwide, including, Mysis New York, Microsoft, Astra-Zenica, Fitch Ratings London & Milan, Royal Caribbean Italia. With the ‘Coaches Training Institute’ she qualified as a Certified Professional Coach in January 2011. With a passion for developing women’s leadership, Maria has worked with numerous Women’s Networking groups; Quills at Seckford Hall, The UK Women’s Business Club, Enterprising Women and more recently, Professional Women’s Association of Rome. As a licensed facilitator for the Her Invitation women empowerment programme she continues to host workshops in the UK, also now available in Italy.
