An international, energetic, diverse but cohesive group of women – as only the PWA board and team can be at its best – met 10 days ago in the lovely setting of then Nepi countryside to brainstorm ideas for the upcoming season. Dozens of great proposals came up and were thrown into the box; they were discussed and voted on, and the best ones will be developed and realized during the next year full of exciting events and projects.
Close the gap is the theme we chose and it refers to gender, age, race, religion, education – any difference that can divide, separate or distance us from the others. The Programming Director together with her team will search for speakers who can share their views, knowledge and expertise with us and the rest of the board will support the theme through their tasks. If you as a member have ideas or suggestions for speakers or events, get involved and contact the Board at info@pwarome.org.
As in the past years, occasions for learning, developing and having fun are guaranteed for 2019-20. All renewing members can take advantage of a discounted yearly fee of 100 euros until July 31st, so act now!
Tomorrow we will close our year with a fabulous Orange Garden Party organized by Social Director Valeria Parisi at Hotel Donna Camilla Savelli with a cocktail dinner buffet, music, fun & surprises!
After that we’d like to wish everyone a relaxing, sun-filled summer and see you in September for a full year of fun!
