Innovation the only constant at PWA

Innovation has become one of the few constants in our lives as in today’s high-speed, forever-changing world you either innovate or you die. PWA prides in constantly renewing its practises, looking for new ways to provide services to our members, partners and other stakeholders. Keeping in mind our traditions and values, we search for more efficient and attractive means of communication and aim to involve our people in current, interesting and worthy initiatives.

PWA is also keen on partnering with local realities that offer vibrant and inspiring occasions for both professional as well as personal development. This month we hosted Fashion industry guru Elissa Bloom together with Fidapa BPW and WIN for two days of truly innovative and ground-breaking round tables. We are part of the #InclusioneDonna initiative that pursues and supports the objectives of female employment and representation gathered in its program signed by over 20 female associations. We are also delighted to partner with Rome Business School for the first-ever Rome Innovation Summit to be help on April 17th and want to encourage our members to take advantage of the discount offered to PWA: this is your chance to get on top of the innovation field.

Our monthly online magazine, The People We Are, is also innovating itself. Published on Issuu for almost four years, it is now changing its layout to a quicker and easier read, where articles and photos will be posted both on our website as well as on social media. With your best interests in our mind, we look forward to hearing your feedback on reading the new version of The People We Are.

We are also delighted to welcome Michela Michilli, our March speaker, to talk about Successful Innovation on Wednesday, March 20th. Join us an exciting evening of exchange, discussion and networking.

Never cease to innovate,
Valentina
