The November issue of The People We Are is online! As usual, you will find a colorful package with lots of resources, articles and materials on PWA activities in the last months.

The member feature is on Sabine Schuh, Life Designer and Business Muse, known also by her nickname Dana. Currently, as Programming Director, she considers her time spent with PWA as “energy time”. Sabine is a rebel who doesn’t go by the rules and likes going beyond, not just in an esoteric way, but in a very practical way as well. She is often “thinking outside the box” and finding unconventional solutions. PWA is delighted to tell her story and promote her inspiring life as example of flexibility and personal growth.

Valerie Baxter has written an impressive article about authenticity in a business context, where the modern workplace is more informal and less hierarchical than in the past. As she stated, “authentic leadership is inherently a developmental process. It’s about becoming the person you were created to be“.

You will find the photos of our October Conference Power to the Talented people“. Dr. Serena Zaninetta presented a recent gender parity study performed by ManPower Group. She highlighted the fact that we are still far away from true gender parity at national and international levels.  So wait no more, start browsing!

In this issue you will also read and see pictures about PWA Secretary Maria Grazia Panessa, who had the honour to represent PWA together with Membership Director, Gerlie Saura at the Commonwealth Club’s 70th Aniversary at Villa Wolkonsky, the British Ambassador’s residence.
